1. Pricing and Payment

1.1. By making a booking with Treepz, you agree to pay the full cost of the selected travel experience, including any applicable charges, taxes, tolls, or parking fees.

1.2. All rates displayed are exclusive of toll and parking fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.3. Prices may be rounded for display purposes, but your payment will be based on the actual amount due.

1.4. Treepz reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing errors or misprints, even after a booking has been confirmed. If such an error occurs, Treepz will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

1.5. A booking is confirmed only upon full upfront payment. Proof of payment must be provided to confirm your reservation.

1.6. If your payment method is in a different currency, additional charges may apply from your bank or card provider.

1.7. Treepz may offer the option to pay in your own currency, subject to exchange rates and applicable service charges, which will be disclosed during checkout.
2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. If a booking is cancelled by the client:

• More than 2 weeks in advance: 15% administrative charge will be deducted.
• Less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours before hire: 20% administrative charge will be deducted.
• 48 hours or less before hire date: No refund.
• After vehicle has arrived or on the hire date: No refund.

2.2. If the client fails to show up on the agreed date, the booking amount is non-refundable.
3. Booking Modification

2.1. If a booking is cancelled by the client:

4. Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1. As the person making the booking, you are responsible for the behaviour of all passengers during the trip.

4.2. Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to misconduct will be billed to the client.

4.3. Unreasonable behaviour or breaches of these terms may lead to cancellation of the service without a refund.
